Shipping & Delivery

When should I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 6-15 business days. We take 1 to 3 business days to carefully prepare, inspect, and pack your order before it is shipped.

How can I track my shipment?
After your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email or text message. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Betroza ships only within the United States. We do not currently provide international delivery options.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Customers may also check out using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

What currency are transactions processed in?
All purchases are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was unsuccessful, first verify that your billing address matches the information on file with your bank. You may also try an alternate payment method. In some cases, banks block transactions for security reasons, so contacting your bank may help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How do I request a return or exchange?
To begin a return or exchange, email support@betroza.com and include your order number. Our team will respond with step-by-step instructions and the appropriate return address.

Are there any restocking or hidden fees?
No. Betroza does not charge restocking fees. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will only be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Troubleshooting

My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I have not received my package. What should I do?
Carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive. Please wait 24 to 48 hours and check with neighbors, household members, or your building’s front desk. If the package still does not appear, contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for further assistance.

I received the wrong item. How can this be corrected?
We apologize for the mistake. Please email support@betroza.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item you received. We will arrange to send the correct item as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
