Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?
Each Betroza order is thoughtfully prepared with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–15 business days.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. Kindly allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Betroza exclusively serves customers within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your selection isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it remains unused and in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply email us at support@betroza.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return details.

Are there any return fees?
  Betroza does not charge restocking fees. Return shipping costs apply only in cases where the item is returned due to a change of preference.

Assistance & Order Support

My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Occasionally, carriers may mark packages as delivered slightly early. We recommend waiting 24–48 hours, checking with neighbors or your building’s reception, and contacting the carrier. If you still need assistance, our team is here to help.

I received the wrong item—what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email support@betroza.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will promptly arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
